According to the Acelerapyme portal, companies wishing to access grants from the Digital Kit must meet the following requirements: Be a small business, microenterprise, or self-employed with 1 to 49 employees. Meet the financial and effective limits that define the company categories. Be in an active situation and have the minimum seniority established in the call. Not be considered a company in crisis. Be up to date with tax obligations and social security payments. Not be subject to any pending recovery order from the European Commission, declaring an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market. Not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Grants. Not exceed the limit of minimum aid of small amounts
The digital bonus of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan: It must be allocated to the digital solutions offered by accredited digitizing agents. It will be paid in two tranches, the first will cover 70% at the time of purchasing the solutions and the second after the period of use of the same. The amount varies according to the segment: Segment I. Small companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees: €12,000 Segment II. Small businesses or Microbusinesses with between 3 and less than 10 employees: €6,000Segment III. Small businesses or Micro-businesses with between 1 and less than 3 employees: €2,000 Covers up to 100% of the cost of the services. It can be used in up to 5 services of 1 year duration. The amount received can be spent within a period of 6 months.
